Drop-In Ads are literally revolutionizing how today's businesses are Marketing on the Internet.  Popup, Popunder and email campaigns are quickly becoming obsolete.  When was the last time you ran a successful email campaign...I thought so.  

Drop-In or Fly-In Ads are special because they are advertisements which are targeted by either keywords or subjects which the advertiser select when they purchase their traffic campaigns.  These ads cannot not be ignored and MUST be viewed by the potential customer.  They best thing is that they are not annoying because they are displayed after a customer leaves your website or the website in which they are featured on.  Which means either they (the potential client) has already make a purchase (We hope so!) or they were not interested and it is your last chance to place your special announcement in their face with the hopes of winning them over.

This is the "all most perfect" form of Internet Advertising/Marketing.  Why, because as a Marketer you want  your advertisements to always be targeted.  I'm going to say this again I case you didn't get it: "You want your ads to always be targeted!"  One of the first thing that we inform our clients is "Do not waste your advertising dollars on ads that are not targeted." 

Why would you spend your hard earn money on advertisements that are being viewed or seen by people who are not interested in your products or services? 

For any advertisement to be effective you must ensure that your advertisements meet the following criteria (we will see if Drop-In Ads meets these criteria):

Your ads should always (if possible) be targeted.  Targeted meaning your ads will be viewed by those who either select keywords/keyword phrases, or your ads are featured based on a particular subject dealing with your products.  This means if you are selling health care products you should marketing your ads under a category that primarily deals in the health care industry.  Does Drop-In Ads meet this criteria? YES!  Drop-In Ads are designed to ensure that your advertisements are only displayed to the potential client based on targeted keywords or keyword phases and/or targeted subjects which the advertiser selects.

  • Next month we are going to talk about another form of targeted advertising called "Contextual Advertising" which is also extremely effective.

Try not to advertise in a way which is offensive or annoying to the potential client.  Again when you target your advertisements your are minimizing this risk.  Prime example.  When we set-up our Drop-In Ad campaign for health care products we specified that we only wanted our ad seen by those who visit websites dealing in health care products.  We then went once step further and said that we only wanted our ad seen by those interested in Herbalife. Outstanding!  This means that our advertisement will only be seen by those individuals or companies specifically interested in Herbalife products.  This increases the likelihood of you generating a sales from this potential if:

You have an excellent product line (meaning you have exactly what they are looking for and your product(s) are priced competitively i.e. better than your competition.  This is why we tell our customers, "Yes, we can deliver the traffic, it is up to 'YOU' to generate the sale!"

If you set-up your campaigns correctly then Drop-In ads can be an effective way in promoting your website or affiliate business.  No, you don't need a physical website to use Drop-In Ads advertising.  This form of advertising can be utilized for affiliate programs as well.  You can use the service to promote affiliate links and maintain full credit for your transactions.  

Another outstanding aspect of this advertising is that you don't need to add  any Java codes to your website in order to receive credit i.e. exposure for your ads.  You can purchase credits at discounted prices, set-up your advertising campaigns and boom...your ads are ran in the systems until your credits are depleted.

The ads are made in hmtl format that is easy to use by Internet beginers.  You control the look and feel of your campaigns.  You have the option of setting up links and graphics.  Since you have control over your ad you are able to design special ads for new or special products or services.
